Virginia Tech School of Architecture + Design and AIA Blue Ridge is pleased to have Jeanne Gang as the 2006 School of Architecture + Design/ AIA Blue Ridge Lecturer.
1 Continuing Education Unit will be given to attendees who sign in at the lecture.

 Jeanne Gang, AIA

 


Ms. Gang is principal and founder of the Studio Gang. She formed the practice in 1997 after significant experience as a senior designer in Chicago with BHA and in Rotterdam with OMA/Rem Koolhaas. Ms. Gang leads the design teams at Studio Gang and collaborates directly with clients. Her focus on materials, technology and sustainability is supported through a mode of working that combines practice, teaching and research. Her work with Studio Gang has received national and international awards and recognition.
Harvard University, Master of Architecture, with Distinction and AIA Merit, ETH, Zurich Switzerland, Rotary Fellow University of Illinois, Bachelor of Science in Architecture, Honors Registered Architect, IL LEED Accredited Professional and Illinois Institute of Technology, Adjunct Associate Professor Archeworks.


The lecture  was Wednesday 29 March at 7 pm in Hancock Hall. On the campus of Virginia Tech in Blacksburg VA.
